Bagless Day Celebration
Learning Without Bags, Growing Without Limits.

Auxilium Primary School, Carona, celebrated Bagless Day on 17th July 2026 with great enthusiasm and meaningful activities that encouraged environmental awareness, healthy living, and community participation. The day began with the Marian Assembly, where students prayed together and sought Mother Mary's blessings. Following the assembly, the students of Std. I and Std. II enjoyed a refreshing Nature Walk, observing the beauty of God's creation and learning the importance of caring for the environment. Meanwhile, the students of Std. III and Std. IV took part in an awareness rally through the nearby locality. They distributed handmade cloth bags to nearby shopkeepers. Through this thoughtful initiative, the students spread the message of reducing the use of plastic and encouraged everyone to adopt environmentally friendly alternatives. After returning to school, the students enjoyed their tiffin. As it was celebrated as Green Day, they had brought healthy vegetable-based snacks and meals, promoting the importance of nutritious eating habits. Later, everyone gathered in the school hall for Tithi Bhojan. Several parents generously volunteered to prepare and serve the delicious meal. The students relished the food together in a joyful atmosphere, experiencing the values of sharing, gratitude, and community spirit. As the day came to an end, the students returned home with happy hearts, wonderful memories, and a renewed commitment to protecting the environment.
